Located in the heart of the old town, this hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance to all the best bars and attractions without being too noisy. Rooms are modern, clean and equipped with all the latest amenities. Friendly staff were always on hand to help with tours, train bookings and more. the breakfast bar offered a variety of fruits, tea and coffee to fuel a busy day of exploring.
Some guests may find the staff's eagerness to engage in conversation with other guests bothersome, but overall it's a small issue in an otherwise fantastic hotel experience.

We liked to be welcomed by fruit and a bottle of wine. We got a very quiet room at the fifth floor. Also breakfast was delicious.

Had a pleasant Easter at this hotel. the room was equipped with AC and WiFi, which was great. the hotel's location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city's main attractions. the breakfast was delicious and included in the room rate, which was a plus.
The room was not as clean as we would have liked. We had to request for housekeeping to come and clean the bathroom properly.

The staff were absolutly amazing- From the manager down to the waiter! Tim, the first manager we met, couldn't of been any more helpful when it came to, not only to our stay at their Hotel but travelling and exploring Hanoi and the rest of Vietnam! Perfect. The Hotel it's self is clean and well maintained. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable.

3 out of 5 nights we were upgraded to a honeymoon suite free of charge. The staff were willing to book train tickets for us for our journey down south. We booked our trip to Halong Bay through the hotel. There was always free tea, coffee & fruit for guests.
During our 5 night stay we stated in 3 different rooms. The wifi on only worked when we were in the honeymoon suite. Although there was wifi down in the common areas.

The staffs were super nice to us, up-grated us to a better room without charge. Also, they prepared breakfast for our early flight in the morning. Very caring and friendly. Thank you. Strongly recommended.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the center of the old town. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Quarter, with everything just a short walk away. The staff were really attentive and friendly, especially the receptionist Quyen, who went out of her way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and had a big window at the front, letting in lots of natural light. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and stocked with fresh towels. The breakfast included a huge baguette and a variety of options. it was a great value for money experience.
All was just perfect!

The Honeymoon Suite room was very nice, with excellent furnishings and a really cool design. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and gave us directions to an infamous Pho restaurant. The location was perfect. It only took 5 or so minutes to reach the market area, and there were plenty of local and upscale food places around.
The air conditioner and computer in our room were a little slow to run, sometimes not working at all.
